In 2020 we launched an in-house agency in the middle of Covid. From four people to 54, 30+ brands, two countries and multiple awards. VOLT Studio reduced agency spend across marketing by 26% in 2022, drove production spend down by 38% and helped to reduce overall non-working expenses by 10% year-over-year. More importantly we made some great work. These are the pillars that success is built on.
